This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of solana video editor ("Developer") for your use of the solana video editor application, including updates, documentation, and related content made available with the application (collectively, the "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA, Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for lawful personal or internal business use.

2. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited license granted above, Developer and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

3. Open-source components

The App may include or depend on open-source software components that are licensed under their own terms. Those licenses apply to the relevant open-source components to the extent required by their terms.

4. Restrictions

You may not, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or applicable open-source licenses:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the App except as allowed by this EULA;
• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas from the App;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices;
• use the App in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or platform rules;
• use the App to create, edit, export, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or harmful content;
• use the App to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to devices, networks, services, software, or data; or
• use the App in a way that introduces malware, exploits vulnerabilities, or otherwise creates security risks.
